BY PLACING AN ORDER ON WWW.SIGNATUREPECANS.COM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED INTO OUR MASTER [TERMS AND CONDITIONS].
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ARTISANAL PROCESSING TIME: Each order is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times are estimates and may increase during peak seasons or due to ingredient availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DISCLAIMER: MALIYAH’S SIGNATURE DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES. Any date provided by a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) is an estimate only. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or "Acts of God."

TRANSFER OF RISK (FOB SHIPPING POINT): Pursuant to our Terms, RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE PASSES TO THE CONSUMER the moment the package is accepted by the third-party carrier. Maliyah’s Signature is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once in the possession of the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY: It is the customer's SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to provide an accurate shipping address. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS (ALL SALES FINAL)

PERISHABLE GOODS EXCEPTION: Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food products and food safety regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: personal taste preferences, minor artisanal variations, or "buyer's remorse."

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests must be submitted to MaliyahsSignature@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement. Once production has commenced on your batch, the order is non-cancellable.
3. DAMAGES & ORDER ERRORS

48-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW: If your order arrives with a verifiable error (wrong item) or significant damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" timestamp provided by the carrier.

EVIDENTIARY REQUIREMENTS: Reports must include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the shipping box, the product packaging, and the product itself.

DISCRETIONARY RESOLUTION: Any resolution (replacement or store credit) is provided at the SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION of Maliyah’s Signature as a voluntary gesture of goodwill. The provision of a resolution in one instance does not waive our "All Sales Final" policy or create an obligation for future resolutions.
4. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

ARTISANAL VARIATIONS: Customers acknowledge that handmade products vary in color, texture, and size. These are not defects.

NATURAL HAZARDS: Customers acknowledge that pecans are a natural crop and may contain occasional shell fragments or hard deposits. CONSUME WITH CAUTION.
